Description

SCOTTISH Early 19TH Century Oval Copper Jelly Mould with Pineapple top moulding. Inscribed "Montgomery Princes Str EDIN.r No. 9" Made for Montgomery & Co., Confectioners, 5 Princes Street, Edinburgh. The death of George Montgomery (Confectioner), was announced in the Edinburgh Review of 1829. There is no mention of the business thereafter.
